On Saturday, we broke ground on our monster garden. The original specifications were for a 10'x20' garden plot. By the time my husband and the tractor were finished, we had a plot covering 1/3 of an acre.Guess I will have space for corn afterall.
Yesterday, we picked up our latest additions to the flock, two polish chicks. They are 7 weeks old and spending a few more weeks in the safety and warmth of the pet carrier before being moved out to the coop with the rest of the flock.
